Yes, it depends on the lipstick casing you choose! Most casing can engrave up to 8 characters and some can fit up to 13 characters. Click into the casing you like, and under the “Engrave a Name” text box, you will be shown the number of characters allowed for the casing.

Yes, absolutely but try not to do over-complicated character. Special characters like heart shape, smiley face, morse code or even name in different languages work! We use laser engraving so the engraving finish depends on the material of the casing. Click into the lipstick casing you like to see more photos of how the engraving looks like.

Message us on social media or here, we will assist you to choose a new lipstick shade and scent. And then we will arrange a shipment label for you to mail your old lipstick back to us or you can drop it to our Solaris Mont Kiara office. We will craft the refill and ship it back to you.

Good news – we focus on clean and natural ingredients. Our lipsticks are made with key ingredients like coconut oil, olive oil, beeswax, cocoa butter and essential oil, with no paraben, no nasty chemicals and no fragrance. Because of that, many with sensitive lips love our lipsticks.

Our lipsticks are creamy and buttery as we focus on natural moisturising ingredients.

Keep the lipstick in a cool, dry and dark place under room temperature and keep it away from heat and sunlight. Do not leave it in the car. If your house is in general quite warm and you know you will not use the lipstick for a while, you can keep it in the fridge to help it last longer.
