We offer customised products as gifts for special occasions, tailored perfectly to customers’ needs.

With our consistent effort for a healthier and more sustainable living, our products emphasize on the use of natural base ingredients, thoughtful packaging and provide refills for ready-made lipstick and customised lipstick.

  1. How does the customised lipstick work?

    You get to pick colour, scent, casing and name engraving, we custom-make it for you! It is completely personalised! And please don’t throw away the casing after finish using, bring it to us for refill.

  2. How does refill work?

    You can contact us and pass your used casing to us or we can arrange a postman to pick up from you. Want to try a different colour? YES, you can pick a new colour and scent too!

  3. I am looking for a gift.

    You have certainly come to the right place. Whether it is a gift for your BFF or valentine, you design it and we make it happen for you. It is a truly personalised gift for her.

  4. How can I find out more information about a product?

  5. How do I know if I have allergies to your products?

    We serve many with sensitive lips and allergies. We don’t use nasty chemicals that tend to irritate the skin. However, each of us can be sensitive towards very different thing. The ingredients used can be found in the individual product pages as well as on the products. Please make sure you check out the ingredient list and perform patch test first especially if you have a history of sensitive skin or allergies.

  6. Will my product melt, dry, or freeze?

    If the product is exposed to excessive heat or cold for short periods of time, it may result in bloom, crystallization, and/or thicker or thinner texture. However, it will not affect the product’s efficacy.

  7. How do I store my products?

    Our products are free of synthetic preservatives, they do require slight care when using. Avoid water and moisture to the product, make sure you have clean and dry hands when using the products. Store them in a cool and dry area, ideally always at 25 degree Celsius.

  8. How long do your products last?

    We recommend using our products within 6 months after opening for best product quality, we think you’ll love them so much that this wouldn’t even be an issue.

  9. Which colours suit me?

    Contact us and our friendly Lips Carpenter will recommend what works best.

  1. Where can I buy your products?

    Our online store is open 24/7. If you would like to find us offline, we run at least one event per month. We are usually at The Starling Mall and Publika. If you would like us to be in your area, please contact us and suggest. Otherwise, you can also check out one of our stockists nearby you. See the list here.
