How to Refill a Lipstick?

• Choose a new colour
• Choose a new scent
• Key in your pick-up address
  • Wrap the lipstick in a box/flyer/envelope (best to protect it with paper or bubble wrap to avoid damage). We will send you an e-shipment label in PDF via email along with the pick-up information (such as name of the courier service and estimated date to pick up which is usually within 4 working days). You can print the shipment label and tape it on the box/flyer/envelope and the courier service will send a rider to pick up from you.

The delivery time from your location to our studio in Malaysia is usually within 3-7 working days.

After we receive your lipstick to be refilled, we will start crafting within 3 working days and ship it back to you. 

How to care?
Keep below 25 Celsius. Avoid high/low temperature and direct sunlight.

How to use?
If you want lighter coverage, apply 1-2 layer. If you want it more pigmented, apply more layers. Use Lips Carpenter’s natural lip balm before this lipstick for double protection.
