  1. Where does LIPS CARPENTER ship to?

LIPS CARPENTER ships globally. Once you key in delivery address (any country) at checkout page, the shipping fee will auto-populate accordingly.

  1. How much is the shipping cost?

For Peninsular Malaysia, shipping is FREE with purchase above RM60 or else, the flat rate shipping fee is RM6.
For East Malaysia, shipping is FREE with purchase above RM250 or else, the flat rate shipping fee is RM12.
For Singapore, shipping is FREE with purchase above RM450 or else, the flat rate shipping fee is RM20.30/SGD6.90.

For all countries, shipping fee would be between RM40-RM130 (equivalent to USD10-USD30).

We ship via J&T/Pos Laju within Malaysia and Aramex/SF International/FedEx Express for all global locations. Our products are shipped out from Kuala Lumpur and it typically delivers in:

  • 2-4 working days for Peninsular Malaysia
  • 4-7 working days for East Malaysia
  • 2-4 working days for Singapore
  • 2-7 working days for other international locations
 

Note: Working days for courier companies are typically from Monday to Friday.

  1. When will my order be shipped?

We ship within 4 business days. Most products are made-to-order, and we love keeping products fresh.  You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package is on the way. But if in any case you urgently need to make your loved ones happy with a personalised gift, message us and we will see if the order can be expedited. If your order does not arrive by the scheduled date, please contact the mail service provider with the tracking ID provided or speak to LIPS CARPENTER Customer Service for assistance.

  1. I need it fast, can I pick up from you?

Yes, items are available for pick up at our office at Solaris Mont Kiara, Block J, Unit J-3a-05, Mont Kiara 50480 Kuala Lumpur from Monday to Friday between 9.30am – 6.30pm. When you place your order, at Checkout page, key in your home address in Malaysia, then you will be able to choose “Self pick-up/Send a rider to pick up” or “Drive-thru”, we will contact you via email/Whatsapp once your items are ready for pick up.

For “Self pick-up or send a rider to pick up” option – it is FREE of charge.
You will be able to pick up directly from our office unit at Solaris Mont Kiara, Block J, Unit J-3a-05, Mont Kiara 50480 Kuala Lumpur.

For “Drive-thru” option – it is RM15.
You will be able to drive-thru and pick up by the road outside Starbucks Solaris Mont Kiara, Mont Kiara 50480 Kuala Lumpur.

  1. Why is the tracking number not showing up on the system?

Some courier companies take 24 hours to register and reflect the tracking status. So don’t worry if you don’t see the status on the first day. Give them some time and track again. But if you have any difficulty tracking down the parcel and start to worry, please contact us.

  1. Just curious – Why do you charge for “Drive-thru” option for pick up?

We are reluctant to charge as well. We understand that “Drive-thru” option provides convenient to customers but it requires our team to stop their work, bring the parcel from our office to downstairs and wait for your arrival. Sometimes, we have to wait for 15-30 minutes in rain/under hot sun and it requires sometimes up to 30-40 minutes for us to communicate and coordinate your arrival. It has caused significant delays in our work as we are an online ecommerce company where majority of our orders are shipped directly to customers, hassle-free. So offering pick up option causes manpower strain to our small team. A lot of times, orders opting for drive-thru or self pick-up option are urgent orders where customers sometimes wish to have them within 1-3 days. In such circumstance, we had to expedite the orders and it adds additional stress to the team. After considering various factors, we decided to add a small fee for this drive-thru service while we still keep the self pickup at our office unit for FREE!
